I found myself in a situation where I needed roofing repairs. NuRoofing was recommended to me by a friend. The company sent out a consultant who took the tim to assess my needs, listen to me vent and provided resolution. The consultant once understanding my needs immediately got to work. He helped me reach out to my insurance agent, explained the situation and scheduled the appointment for the insurance adjuster to come out. The day the adjuster arrived the consultant from NuRoofing was present. They both climbed on the roof and worked side by side to determine my needs. The consultant handled the whole process. Less than a week NuRoofing had workers out today my home and took care of my roof. They did an amazing job. NuRoofing is an excellent roofing company. I have received quotes from multiple roofers and never felt comfortable with any of the previous roofers. I felt they were only out to get paid and not concerned about me as a customer. They gave 20,000 quotes and talked about how they were going to install the new roof. My insurance company would reject their offers. I actually have waited over 2 years for my roof to be repaired and chose not to just let any roofer complete the work on my property. I meet Zico with NuRoofing and he gave me an awesome quote and disclosed what was required to complete my roof. Zico was very concerned about my needs and not just getting paid. He came out when the adjusters were there and I gave NuRoofing my business. They completed my roof in one day and it looked fabulous and still does. I've received many compliments on my roof and it felt good to finally get it repaired.
